Motorcycle ranch in Pikeville, TN.
We had four really good rides out of the Ranch, guided by "Carl" the owner. Super roads, beautiful landscape, a few wild animals, two magic shows, a beautiful falls, Fall Creek Falls St. Park and we had some hot weather. "Hot time in mountains." Phrases like: "What happens in Pikeville, stays in Pikeville, and Rocking at the Ranch were coined. All in all a good time by all, a blessed trip with no mishaps, and a safe return home. Thank you Lord, for another blessed time.

Chris and Jim saddled up and rode west, waaaay west, all the way to California. Now that is a R-I-D-E.
Pics from their June 2009 ride.

June of 2009 was the date of Road Trip number 3.
Robbinsville, NC at the Ironhorse Campground. The ride got named "BETTER THAN MOST" You will have to ask the participants to find out the meaning. Ha ha
Great time in the mountains. Cherokee, Pigeon Froge, Apple Barn, Muscle Car Museum, Cherohala, Tellecafe.
Anyone interested in hiring a "camel trainer?" Unbeknownst to our group, we have one among us! Yep, with a real desire to be a "camel trainer." Wonders never cease. Anyone seen Clyde lately?

We were gone 10 days, traveled through seven different states, some more than once.
Route inc: Chattanooga, Nashville, Mayfield, KY, Cairo, IL, Sikeston, MO, Branson, MO, Harrison, AR, Eurika Springs, AR, Memphis, TN, Anderson, AL, and home.
1796 Miles. Rained some. We were able to take the bike to every show but one. We rode all over Branson and surrounding area. Branson is very hilly and care must be taken when parking. KOA in Branson is very nice, big breakfast, all roads paved, shuttles if you need them and we did one day. We went to 7 different shows and all were great. Northern Arkansas is really nice riding. Rain storm stopped us one day in middle north Arkansas. Too much wind and rain to ride. Storm came up quick and was over in about 45 minutes. Only time we had to stop. Graceland was a nice stop. We had a great time and we can still taste those "THROWED ROLLS in Sikeston."
